Our secure netcare remote portal gives neteffect technologies’ highly trained engineers a secure connection to help diagnose and repair computer problems.
- Ensure that an engineer has directed you to this link.
- The engineer will either email you a link or provide you with a support key to join your session.
- You will be prompted to allow a neteffect engineer to provide remote asistance. Click yes on the popup box when it displays on your screen.
- Unless your organization has a maintenance contract with neteffect technologies, support time is billable.
