David has spent the majority of his life in the Charlotte area, outside of time spent in the US Army. Prior to founding neteffect technologies, David worked for several civil engineering firms and while employed at the City of Charlotte was instrumental in the City’s migration from Novell networking to Windows.

When not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and sons at the beach or on the boat in Lake Wylie.
